Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (within India)

We support domestic shipping delivery through a third-party shipping company, with orders processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Minimum delivery time 3-5 days, maximum delivery time 7-10 days depending on your distance from our Mumbai-area warehouse.

International Customers

AALAMULOUD does not currently offer direct international courier shipping through checkout. International customers are warmly welcome to purchase from us through either of the following two routes:

In-store pickup: Visit our shop directly — Aalam ul oud, Shop no 7, Hatimi Shoppy, Bhoirwadi Rd, Dombivli East, Dombivli, Maharashtra 421201, India — to purchase and collect your order in person.
Personal courier / package forwarding services: You are welcome to arrange your own shipping via a third-party personal shopper or package-forwarding service, who can receive your order on your behalf within India and ship it onward to your international address. Some reputable services others have used for this include (provided for convenience only — AALAMULOUD does not partner with, endorse, or guarantee any third-party service; please review current terms and pricing directly with them):

If you choose to use a personal courier or forwarding service, you are responsible for arranging and paying for that service directly, and for ensuring your shipment complies with your destination country's own import regulations. AALAMULOUD's role in such cases is limited to fulfilling your purchase for pickup/collection or handover to your chosen courier within India.

Tracking Orders (Domestic)

Once your domestic order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information within 24-48 hours of dispatch.

Shipping Fees

Domestic shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your order and delivery location within India, and shown at checkout before purchase.

Product Damage

AALAMULOUD packages every order carefully to minimize the risk of damage during transit. Once a domestic shipment has been dispatched, responsibility for safe handling and delivery rests with the courier company. For orders collected via personal courier/forwarding services, AALAMULOUD's responsibility ends at handover within India; the chosen courier/forwarding service is responsible for the shipment from that point onward.

Cancellation Policy
